The tides are better but the waves are tiny and the east winds (7mph) are frosty. Knee to waist high surf that is playing hard to get. Clean, cold conditions with some sea surface ruffle. About 15 people out; the smart ones are wearing neoprene hoods or hats. Incoming tide hits its peak at 10am (6.7) then ebbs out to a -0.9 at 5:30pm.
