Less wind; more surf. Dominant SW swell is producing some waist to chest to head high surf this morning. Smooth sea surface conditions with a light south breeze. Long lulls; high tide. Some large sets and out there but they are walked up and closing out. And no street parking. At all. Streets have been resurfaced and are now being striped.
