Surf has dropped a notch in height and consistency. Knee to chest high with some slightly larger sets. Overall; soft and mushy. Good conditions, moderate surface bump; no wind, sunny skies. A long board day here. About 12 people out. Tide is on the way out; about 3 hours off a 4.6 high. Low tide will be 2.5 feet at 10:15am.
