Large and in charge. Shoulder to head and more. Closed out overhead sets. Big NW lines; medium to short period; somewhat lined and walled up. Largest in the 17th to 20th street region. Calm sea surface conditions; no wind. Air temps in the mid to upper 40's. Shape is fair to poor. About 15 people out.
