Then don't bother looking at 15th street. Lumpy surface conditions with a south breeze providing the ripple. It's small, very small. About knee high. Providing some thrilling shorebreak surfing opportunities. One lone guy on a softie sitting about 25 yards out. But like Chuck is fond of saying "...it could be worse...". I don't know how. But he always says that. Trying to cheer me up I suppose. Anyway, it's not a bad day for a Monday so...
