Clean conditions, 3-4 feet, and some sweet, sweet waves. Tide is right and the sun is out. About 8 guys out on the main peak including Clay, Luke and me.
This is a great day to call in sick or reschedule that meeting you are dreading.
Water has cooled down some; got an ice cream headache rolling through the shore break. Friday is the new Saturday so get out here!
Luke tells me that there is a new surf flick coming out called "Jazzed the Glass", hence the title of this blog. Have a great one and see you in the water.
BTW Chuck, have a great time in New Zealand!
Aloha

That would actually (using a Island Snow reference) be a shave-ice headache - BRAIN FREEZE. It was a tad cold out there, so it was a real blessing when the sun cracked the top of the hill. And you could not really argue about most of the conditions - perfecto. Even the high tide and the relatively weak swell didn't prevent some very nice waves from rolling through. Gary picked off what was probably the wave of the day - big peaky left that came in, with him in the perfect spot. There was one wave that came in that was even bigger than Gary's wave, but it broke WAY outside where no one had any chance of getting it. Good time had by all.
