Lumpy and confused with flashes of brilliance. 5-6 feet with some 8 foot sets. The mid set waves offer the best chance of good rides. Some NE wind is helping with the shape but the sets are just too much for DM. Very peaky line ups with lots of warble and double ups. And it's a real arm burner paddling out this morning; southerly route looks best but your still going to get tagged. Bumpy sea surface conditions but the wave faces are silky smooth. Tide is rising to 3.8 feet around 8:15am then back out to a 1.7 foot low at 1:30pm about 40-50 people out.
