Mix together: high tide and weak swell. Result; ankle to knee high shore break. But the sun is out, conditions are good and there is no wind. Despite those pluses I'm calling this a below average surf day. Tide is on the way out to a 1.7 low at 11am then flowing in to a 4.5 high at 4:30pm. 3 people out.
