It's difficult to see much this morning but I can see two people walking out to the line up. That's right, walking. It's still low tide and the surf is small, so I guess it's not that unusual. I can't see anything past the shore break but if the surf reflects the buoy readings, then it's really small. Almost flat. And so it goes.
