Afternoon in the morning

It's looking a little hung over this morning. There's no wind but we have mid-day conditions on the water. All lumped up with lots of surface chop. Shoulder to head high junk dumping on the inside sandbar just past the reef. Poor shape overall with the occasional corner offering short rides. Dropping tide and overcast skies. 5 people out; 2 on the reef, 3 to the south. To the north it's just simply walled up and closing out from the lifeguard tower to about 20th street. The rip is running from in front of the Powerhouse south to just past the ramp.
