Yea sun! Choppy surface conditions combined with a short period wind swell hitting a longer period WNW ground swell is making it pretty choatic out there this morning. A low tide is not helping out either.
Slight offshores and head high waves. Difficult to call that exactly as there is no one out so my sense of scale may be off some. It's probably bigger than it looks.
The male version of Bertha is here with his 12'+ board checking it out. Kinda hoping he goes out; just for the entertainment value.
I hear that the sunshine and warm weather will hold through the weekend. Sweet! But it's going to have to calm down and clean up a lot for surfable conditions.
