High tide, cold water, tiny waves. And it's overcast. Small surf continues to plague Del Mar with arch to ankle shore break being the norm. Smooth sea surface conditions with a steady NE breeze. 7.3 high tide at 9:15am then ebbing to a -1.6 at 4:15pm. No one out.
