High tide and a weak swell have just about shut down all wave activity at 15th street this morning. And the tide is still rising; to 5.7 at 8:30 am. There are some small knee high lines at Tres Palmas but the reef is flat. Rate sets are closed out across the board. Some fog, good surface conditions and a light easterly breeze. No one out.
