It was 70, not 39. Another sunny, frosty morning here in San Diego. Some waist to chest to head high short to medium period west swell. Sets are closing out, most everything else is having a losing battle with the high tide and not breaking till well inside. 12 people out. Conditions are excellent; no wind, slight surface ripple. Now if only the surf was too.
